I just finished my 2 year degree and now I'm going to do a 4 year degree in CS. Which concentration is most valuable and will net the biggest salary?

Never go into something solely for the money, you will get burnt out and after a certain point it hardly matters anymore. A person making 70k a year is going to have almost the same lifestyle as someone making 80k. If you make enough to live comfortably and save up and do smart shit with your finances, you can even end up having more money than somebody with a higher paying job.

Sure someone with 140k salary after working for a year in a wonderful work environment has the same lifestyle as someone getting 70k in a job where all the relevant skills will be obsolete in 10-15 years
