DAFUQ is this wizardry?

They don't want it so they move it as fast as possible
We've noticed some bot activity on DGB every time BTC hits 2700. We think it might be an arbitrage bot using DGB to quickly transfer funds.
If the bots are relying on DGB, then DGB has an awesome future.
I've transferred tons of coins before in the last 4 years. The fastest was maybe ethereum a few months ago, which took about a minute, and I thought that was fast. Litecoin and all the scrypt coins took about 2-4 minutes. This is the first coin I've ever seen, that I've ever moved off an exchange that took less than a few seconds to transfer over.
