>take out shit loads of loans
>invest it all in crypto
>file for bankruptcy, live like peasant for couple years
>slowly cash out into some other country, move away and be rich at no cost
What could go wrong? Seriously

Did you move your coins to a private wallet or are they going to be seized by the US gov't when they shut down the next exchange?
>>
>>2915313
I dont think a bankrupt would store their stolen loan moneys in an exchange that requires proof of id.
>>
>>2915290
wouldn't be surprised if it works
>>

As long as you can buy the coins without really leaving a trace (cash transactions with individuals, ATM purchases etc), I think it's certainly doable. You have my blessings and best wishes if you do intend to fuck over a load of banks.

>declare personal bankruptcy
>move to another country
pick one
>>

Hmmmm, this guy may have a point. But I'm sure there are ways round it, especially if you're thinking of somewhere like Poland.
>>
>>2915624
you might funnel it through a business then declare bankruptcy on that?

Owners are liable, dependant on structure. Why is everyone here a 'larp' king.

Even with company structures, liability falls on the owner to most regards.
It is virtually impossible to do this in this day and age , and get away with it.
