As long as you can buy the coins without really leaving a trace (cash transactions with individuals, ATM purchases etc), I think it's certainly doable. You have my blessings and best wishes if you do intend to fuck over a load of banks.

Owners are liable, dependant on structure. Why is everyone here a 'larp' king.
Even with company structures, liability falls on the owner to most regards.
It is virtually impossible to do this in this day and age , and get away with it.
