Generally a sell wall will come up, this is when they are accumulating. Sometimes all that needs to happen in order for it to naturally pump is for the sell wall to come down...if that doesn't work then a buy wall will be put in place to provide support and shortly thereafter FOMO kicks in and will typically be pumped 25-30% up from the accumulation phase.
