To sustain BCC at or above its futures contract price their will need to be a greater level of demand than supply.

Upon the hard fork their will be millions of BCC suddenly in circulation, amongst a point of uncertainty. Now understand money in this market is fickle, uneducated and prone to irrationality.

Where is this nascent demand going to come from? Smart money wants BCC, but they want it cheap. Smart money sold BTC at $2800

If someone has BTC on a traditional Bitcoin wallet from Bitcoin.org, how do they get their BCC too?

I assume there will be a new BCC wallet from somewhere, so do we just copy/paste the old wallet.dat file into this new BCC wallet folder or something?

I don't know. The chinese have a pretty big vested interest to not roll over and die. If everyone dumps BCC, they'll swoop in and buy it absolutely massive quantities for cheap. After which they will likely try to fuck up Bitcoin. Got me pretty worried.

Put your BTC in a wallet with a private key or on Kraken or sth. until 12:20 UTC (? - double check that, less than 8h from now) and you get the same amount in BCC.
