the address space is 2 raised to the 160th power. there are more addresses in bitcoin than there are atoms on earth. a mistype is basically an impossibility, if it were that easy I could just come up with a bunch of private keys and steal other peoples bitcoins.

XLM I assume uses a similar address space since many of the altcoins derive a lot of their code and ideas from bitcoin
