Anyone have experience with the southwest carpenters training fund? I applied for a pre apprentishship, and was put on a waiting list, and given a list of contractors to apply for regular apprentiships with.
How long does the waiting list take?
How much work experience do you need for an apprenticeship? I've only got 4 years of wagecucking in retail and restraunts, and no real carpentry experience.
I chose carpentry because it pays good doesn't require a college degree, and because an aptitude test I took in school years ago said I would be good.

Cabinet making probably. I work in a kitchen right now my hands get niggered up all the time.
