both are a good long term hold like a year or something, i'm hoping ANS drops to <=$6.00 but ..i think i may have missed that. essentially a lot of the cryptos that have some form of infrastructure are a good investment i think. If you can spot memecoins/shitcoins your gonna do just fine.
