I recently opened a business and keep getting calls from Indians trying to sell me websites. I give them my bullshit email and they send me examples of a bunch of websites they claim to have made, like:

they originally asked me for 400 bucks for their service, but when i told him i wasnt interested he dropped his price to like 200 bucks.
Are these dudes scammers or do they really offer domain, hosting for a year, spots on google etc on on top of a website for just 200 bucks?

Making a shitty website using templates can be done in 30 minutes or less. They could even charge 100$ and still make a profit

Spot on. Out of all the wretched scum that I've worked with, Indians are the worst, by far. Without fail every single one of those fuckers display pretty much all of the above.
Trust me when I say that dealing with them will undoubtably be a net loss in the long run. You will spend a great deal of time having to micromanage those little idiots to get something even resembling a product that a 3-year old westerner could do within a day. That's time you could have spent elsewhere.
