If Zuck tried to cash out $1B of stock, that would be the equivalent of liquidating .2% of the entirety of the entity's value, and approximately 80-95% of its daily trading volume, which would most likely move the stock value significantly unless he's willing to wait literal months to accomplish this.

Only way he'd be able to unload $1B of stock in any reasonable amount of time is if he sold at a discount to a large-scale investor off-market.
