assuming round numbers for nicer maths, odds of losing everything is 0.5^x. where x is how many times you can double your initial bet before you cannot bet anymore. At a low risk of having to lose 15 times in a row, your odds of losing are 0.5^15 so let 1 - that be your odds of winning, so your odds of winning are 0.9999695. lets say you want to double your money you would have to play bankroll/inital bet number of games. for the example of 15 risk you would need to win 32768 games. 0.9999695^32768 = 0.368 so your odds are worse than just betting it all outright. You can do tweaking with lower risk values but its never better than 0.5 odds
