Hello /biz/. I usually don't frequent this board but I have an issue with my Robinhood account that I thought hopefully some of you have dealt with before.
So iv'e been day trading for about a year now, and iv'e constantly been struggling with the pattern day trading law. To get around it, I opened up additional (3 to be specific) robinhood accounts under my parents and brothers names in order to get additional trades. Each account had around $1000 in it. Yesterday I purchased the same stock in 2 accounts and it triggered an alert, prompting robinhood to restrict all 4 accounts associated with my phone. Now they want confirmation that I am the account owner and an explanation for why I have 4 separate accounts associated with my iphone.
Should I just explain that Iv'e been using the accounts for additional trades? If anyone has dealt with something like this before i'd appreciate the insight.
You're going to lose all of your money, lmao.

Hopefully they'll let you cash out but you'll probably never be allowed to buy stocks through RH again. You're an idiot.
Get some lube and a lawyer.
just get your parents and brother to play along with your stupid story that you all do your trading together on your phone kek

>"getting around" or violating the pattern trader law willingly
>asking /biz/ on why Robinhood shouldn't ban you from their platform for breaking the law
>asking if anyone has broken the law here before
Better get some legal advice kid.

Dont reply to the message. Dont talk to them.
If Robinhood contacts the SEC (which they might be obligated to do), and the SEC contacts you, then get a lawyer asap
