try bollinger bands and watch for volume. buy at the low band (if volume isn't tanking) and sell at the median (or high band if you feel lucky).
Watch out for previous highs, because they serve as resistance levels (harder to pass).
Don't buy meme coins. anything you read about here are just threads for people either trying to spook you into selling or bait you into buying. look at the top 10 coins by market cap and trade those.
