The pajeet there charges 0.1 BTC for the bot, so i'm not buying that shit. Probably a scam too.

Are there any alternatives to this that are open source and free?

Yes. One that you code yourself.

I'm pretty sure all "free" as well as "paid" bots are either scams or duds. Because unlike shilling coins, it never makes economic sense to share your bots, even for a fee.
