Alright boize non-crypto question here,
Let's say I know a dude who knows dudes in China with a fat pile of money, who want to invest in American real estate. Can I, a naturally born American honkey, take their fat piles of money and buy houses with it? Are there any weird international laws or taxes that come up in this sort of deal?

first you have to travel to china, then you have to put the bills into some plastic bags, then shove the bills directly up your own ass, then fly back home. repeat this process about 200 times and then buy a house with it. easy game easy life.

You have a gift tax issue, or maybe a foreign income issue. Also there is a "foreign buyer disclosure" thing that I don't know much about.
If you want to get the Chinese money here I'd think about forming a corporation to hold the properties and using that to buy them up, because then the Chinese person with the money can be shareholder in the American company, and the American company can buy whatever it wants.
