I want to start a business doing something i love. Won't mention what it is here because i don't want anyone to steal the idea. Why am i posting then? Well, im too much of a coward and lazy to materialize my dream. How do i stop being a cunt? Does anyone have experience making a business out of something they believe in?
First, you must become a man.

Do anyone know of books by people who faced great odds but pulled through because they believed in themselves and what they were doing? I thought about reading Shackleton but i heard he simply lied to make himself look better and more manlier :P don't know if it is true.

I tried that, my several attempts failed and my one passion was destroyed. Take care. Try not to commit too hard or have too much resting on your success.

I like The War of Art by Steven Pressfield.
Any other books/stories of inspiration? Already reading The War of Art now.
Read the Millionaire Fastlane by MJ Demarco anon
Also, idea is pawn. Execution is king

Sit down and set your goal or goals. This is important. Make a roadmap for it, or somehow actually write down, map out what you want to achieve.
Mark where you are now. Hint, it's going to be the at the very beginning. Then start working towards getting to the end, gradually. Keep track of the progress.
Laziness and cowardice is often only a lack of preparation and planning.
Good luck.

Iv'e discovered that i almost have no drive to become rich just for getting rich. I would LOVE to run a successful business doing something i believe in though, but money will never be the primary motivator for me. If so perhaps this book is not for me?

Just made some shitty vidyagames that never sold. Spent several years trying. Then got burned out and haven't really been able to do programming the last 5 years.
