probably yes. but there are scenarios where net asset value (the value of the companies assets less its liabilities) is not correctly reflected in the stock price. this can and does happen, the usual solution is to either carve out parts of the business and sell it, or some bigger fish comes along and buys the business at a premium to the enterprise value today (knowing that its undervalued).
