Fixed or Variable rate ?

Bank of Canada has already raised rates recently, but some are pegged to LIBOR, either way the smart thing to do is go fixed as rates will rise and Adjustables will go much higher and you don't want to bank on being able to ride whatever cheaper payment period then rolling over to fixed as that might not be doable.

Holy shit dude, are you serious? Variable rates are fucking cancer right now. They have literally nowhere to go but up. The BOC has to raise interest rates to prevent a total financial meltdown, and they are being very open and blunt that that is the plan.
