Exactly this post is where you fucked up; now they KNOW you don't want to hire millennials. Also if you can come up with some funny excuse, e.g. hooters says "we need attractive girls because that's how we market our service", then the gov't won't consider you in violation of equal rights laws. Maybe "Our service requires people who can identify as boy or girl".
