Don't. Property taxes will rape you if you plan on flipping. Plus 50k isn't even enough for a downpayment. You have two options

>invest in secure, dividend paying stocks
Small income at regular amounts. Can reinvest to increase income over period of many years

>brave crypto world

But then you'll have to deal with constant stress, FUDers, shitcoins, etc. But really decent chance for gains. Taxes will be about 50% capital gains (so about 25% of whatever money you pull out)
