You need to first configure magacoin.conf.

1. Open notepad
2. Type out

rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=password
server=1

3. Save the file to %APPDATA%\Magacoin\magacoin.conf

4. Open cmd
5. cd to where magaminer is
6. execute: minerd.exe -o http://127.0.0.1:5332 -u user -p password --coinbase-addr=address

Substitute user, password and address accordingly. Do research man
