It's only true on a few coins. Most is misread walls. These newfags have no clue how to find the highest volume moving exchange for any given coin. That's the exchange with possible whales on that coin. All the other little exchanges that build up buy/sell walls are folks after huge arbitrage gains between the little exchange and the market mover exchange for the given coin.
