Has anyone here ever made money by going to Bittrex and finding coins that have a good volume which are big in the red?

It seems like it could be an easy way to make consistent 10-30% gains by buying these coins and trading with 1 minute charts.

Some of the coins I'm keeping an eye on

Noob here. High volume means that lots of people are trading them, right? So the price is most likely to go up? Just have to make sure it's not the result of a recent crash, right?
