I'm opening a cat cafe, a very real and hopefully profitable one. In a somewhat large city with three local colleges, and plenty more less than 200miles away.
I'm looking for ways to streamline who gets into the cat room when, and for how long... as well as how to keep track when someone entered so we know when it isn't their time anymore.
I was thinking colored lanyards and colored alarm clocks corresponding to the lanyards, alarm goes off everyone wearing that color lanyard needs to GTFO.
Any more cleverer ways? Hand Stamps? Membership Cards?
I HAVE to open before next week or I will have no chance of even making it past my three month reserve cash for emergencies.

You need an app developed. I am a social media marketer who helps businesses advertise and promote through social media. I have a user base of hundreds of app developers who would be interested in doing this kind of work. I dont know what it would cost or the time frame of it but if you want to get serious we can connect through discord and go from there

Go home, Pajeet.
Pro-tip: Gimmicky businesses die 100% of the time. Nobody besides you cares for the gimmick.
