Does the language you set there when registering an adsense account have any impact on how your videos rank?

I selected spanish because I was making spanish videos.

Now I want to rank videos in english because spanish content pays like shit, and im worried that since I selected spanish there, the algorithm will give priority to rank my content in spanish speaking countries, making it harder for me to rank in english speaking countries, even if the content I make is in english...

If it has an impact, then what the fuck do I do?

If it has no impact, why they even ask for it when registering and Adsense account?

Wouldnt make much sense to play a spanish fucking ad on an english video, would it?

Also, according to adsense, the language of the ads adjusts automatically depending on the IP of the user, because judging by an option you select ONCE condemnding you to make content in a particular language forever is fucking stupid.

Sometimes an ad in Spanish will play on a video if I was on websites in the Spanish language or watching videos in Spanish; it goes back to english once I visist more english websites.
