ICO Presales on exchanges happen when an exchange is authorized to sell some of their ICO holdings.

Never buy these because at that point there is no other markets and they price the stuff 10x to 100x.

I don't know what the rationale is for opening prices when they hit bittrex or other exchanges, but in this case it seems it was done right, opening price was around ICO price and now market is discovering the right price.

Doesn't mean anything though. ICO prices are a guess at what the market would pay, what the company needs to raise, and what an attractive price for the risk premium would be. If ICOs are worth anything to investors paying the risk premium, they are going to be much lower than the price the market ultimately discovers.

In this case it looks like they weren't too greedy.
