It would be healthier long term if they expand the ANS/NEO ecosystem before any major price fluctuations, is all. If it's really gonna be the Chinese Ethereum, I'd like to see it avoid many of ETH's missteps and major growing pains.

They're working on a new client now for the rebrand. There will be much harder integration and you guys will get a surprise at the upcoming announcement. Buy before the hype rockets the price up.
There will also be improvements on the training courses to help build dapps. I'm on my phone at the moment otherwise I would drop some links. Other info from some Chinese chat groups.
If you are interested in the long run please do some homework. A lot more development than a rebrand going on behind the scenes.
