It's still a bull market, just cash is moving around now and not just concentrated into tech, oil and banks. I don't think it'll reallly downturn barring a black swan for another 6 months at least.

A stagnant price also means there's also a good number of sellers saying "I'm fucking outta here." High volume means diddly squat if there's a lot of sell pressure equal to the buy pressure. It's supply and demand 101.
