Why is ETH so stable around $260 now that the ICO hype is over?

IMO people aren't sure about the future of BTC, and whether the soft fork will cause it to temporarily tank. Considering Ethereum could be thought of as it's main rival, people might be waiting for a potential rise as BTC crashes.

Either that or people have realized all these ICO's are a whole wack of absolutely nothing, and ether as a currency is still in it's infancy. Hodlers just hodling.

Question for people smarter than me: Bought into IOTA at 0.38, is it gonna rise?

ETH whales are dumping it very very slowly as not to spook the market and thus tank the price.

I've been in crypto since 2013 and this is the first time I'm motivated to put more fiat into it.

I'll keep holding and buying ETH until the shady ICO's get so large in scale that governments begin to legislate against it, that's the cash out point.
