Can I say with the best of my judgement that it's not a shitcoin? Yes (hopefully). Is it dipping? Yes. Then I consider buying. I've been burned by fomo, buying a little too high, then seeing a dip. Coins almost always follow patterns of buyer accumulation, selling pressure (sell high, buyer hype period), followed by buying pressure which drives the price down (sell low, watch for artificial buy walls) so that high sellers may accumulate more. Just avoid buying when selling pressure is high. That's my limited experience anyway.
