Another painfull point:

which contradicts:

which is said on the website: "PROPASAL" is key.

I'll tell you the steps I followed.
>download metamask for chrome
>create den, save seed words
>send eth to metamask wallet (select i to see wallet address)
>go to etherdelta, which is https://etherdelta.github.io
>follow this guide for buying https://m.imgur.com/a/cOMNk

You need to input every detail of your buy order correctly. Practice with a small amount. Many have mixed up eth with buy price.

Then you can withdraw to your metamask wallet where the dividend should be paid in august. To receive the dividend you will have to send 0 eth/dice transaction to the etheroll contract to verify your wallet. They'll post instructions nearer the time.
