Are the chinks economy and housing market going to crash anytime soon? Whats /biz/ opinion
>>2667234
Yep. And they're taking the world with them
>>2667234
Honestly, no. As long as there are enough migrant workers to move from the countryside to the city, the housing prices will keep on rising as well as the land prices.
>b-but what about the ghost towns?
The ghost towns usually get filled up within 5 years. It's a myth. Give them time to grow and they will.

China will start mass human cloning and will grow over

I see. But if the housing prices and economy continues to moon like it has these last 10-20 years, will there not be a lot of poor/and middle class people taking bigger financial risks and loans for a normal home? Are the banks, credit firms and rating agencies properly regulated by the chinks gov?

The hukou actually keeps the migrations at a steady flow. If there was no hukou system, there would be a severe human flooding of the main cities and that would cause many problems such as large slums in the outskirts and criminality.

They are not only regulated but at times even manipulated by the government.
The middle class is actually growing. The government's plan is to turn China from an export based economy into a internal consumption based one in the coming years. A large middle class will stimulate the internal market.
It already has crashed, they just put out false economic numbers and peg their currency. It crashed middle of last year.
China is ursuping money from America. There's a planned wealth transfer from white folks to yellow folks by jews.
White folks are already broke and chinks cant sustain much longer, we aren't buying cheap shits to sell anymore.
