Yes they just so happen to go out when there's a down trend in the market. Also it takes a week or two for you purchases and sells to process. (This is extremely slow in crypto). Try it out to get started but in the coming months the Bancor network will be the supreme overload when it comes to buying crypto currencies.

coinmama is way easier to buy from, if youre using a credit card atleast

They're ok if you need to buy some crypto quick. For trading i'd try elsewhere.
