Why is zcash market cap 10 times higher than zcoin?
I know they're competing for privacy but is zcash really that much better? Reading their papers and websites I don't really see much differences besides the zerocoin vs zerocash protocol. I haven't tried their wallets myself though.

Zcoin when mtp released is a good idea. It's wallet, even most recent one takes ages for many to open. Simplicity of wallets can make or break a coin.less long term holders if wallets a hassle. (example Lbc is a coin with a funky ass wallet but nice market, got my doubts on its future being widely used due to it though)
