Wew dude, I wish I could have prevented that. Speaking as someone who bought Bancor post-ICO, ouch.
Part of why I invested in BQX is because Status didn't turn out to be what I had expected and they had a similar token allocation. Personally I see more growth in BQX. Bitquence will also have far less tokens.

Usually there is not a minimum amount.
The gas limit is how much Ether you put into the "mining pool" when sending the transactions - the Eth miners take gas limit as payment for their mining.
A not too effective feature - as the miners will pick out the largest gas limits first when making transactions. Which will cause delay in low gas transactions when there is a lot of traffic.
As shown a few times at the previous popular ICOs, where many transfers were seriously delayed and didnt even go through (Eth is returned . not lost).
If you're new I'd say starting off with something like this is a great beginning. But how new are you? Dont fall for shills and scams here on /b/. Lurk at least a week before taking /biz/ info seriously.
