Friendly reminder that the "Bitcoin is crashing" FUD has been going on for 7 years now. So far every crash has been followed by a major outbreak reaching new highs. What makes you sure that when it comes back it won't be ready for mass adoption?
Sure you can sell now and buy the dip but that's playing with fire, you can't know how far it'll dip or which rise will be the next outbreak (before it's too late to buy back in). Don't be a gambler, Just hold and accumulate if it gets cheaper. Do you really want to be the one who sold at $2500 just to have bounce back to $8000 or something insane?
Remember the people who sold at $3 after buying for a few cents thinking they did well?

A lot of miners aren't investors, they generally don't accumulate they just cash in and fuck off. They wouldn't have enough wealth in BTC to manipulate the market especially considering its current market cap. And if some of them are also major investors, why would you dump unless you were absolutely certain others would follow suit?
That would be a pretty risky gamble considering the UASF is designed to benefit the people who actually use Bitcoin as a currency. And if more people use it as a currency (increasing the market cap) than more gains can be made from mining. Whether they realise it or not, damaging Bitcoin would reduce miners payouts.
