This. My largest gain is from RDD which has had about 10000% growth from 3 years ago. I can only cry at the fact I didn't mine more. I sat, I hodled, I profited.

I'd trade the highs and lows, but I don't know when the next high or low is and I know i'd beat myself up if I lost money from trading. Hodling might not get the most gains, but it gets the safest gains.
