You cant have a pump group that works well for anyone but the leader(s), because no matter what you do, someone has to call the shot on which coin to pump, and that/those person/s will always accumulate before the others and start dumping before the others. Its a scam.

Last week an Aussie had a nice idea (I think he said he copied it from someone else). I'll break it down for you:

- you use a blockchain of choice to determine the coin to be pumped
- date and time are set by the admins
- the LAST DIGIT of the hash of the block that is mined AFTER the date determines which coins is getting pumped

Example:
Pump date: Jun-28-2017 07:00 PM (in less than 5 minutes)
Chain: https://etherscan.io/blocks

You have a predetermined list of coins that qualify for pumping. Each coin is assigned one or more digit.
- MOON digit 1 to 4
- RDD digit 5 to 9
- XVG A to C
- SIA D to F

That's honestly the best idea I've heard so far.
