What sort of bullshit is that? What, they have a lot of reserve cash on hand, which will be worthless when the dollar collapse. Or they have trillions in derivatives which will evaporate when the market crashes. Or perhaps they own so much debt, that they can meet any obligation because so much money is flowing back in to the bank from people paying their loans off!

I know they dont have vaults full of gold and silver, anything less is not capitol, its liability.
