They all have associations and will raise the rate for every year too. One time I had it where they switch companies and sent a half ass letter. I call and ask what's the rate. They say it's still the same just because we're new doesn't mean the rate changes. Next month it goes up 20% for everyone. It's all corrupt fucking Jews too. The worst part of condos is your neighbors though. They are always nosey whiney faggots.
