ok so how am i supposed to forget about my supposedly long-term

I actually bought a separate laptop just for doing crypto shit. One dedicated and secure machine for trading, wallets, etc. And nothing more. When I'm done for the day I just shut it off and try not to think about it. I also don't have Blockfolio or any other apps on my phone - I actually don't even have a smartphone.

you got me there, I do have a shitty android chinkphone which I just keep at home without a SIM card and have google auth on it. 99% of the time I'm out with a dumbphone though.
it helps me keep my life simpler even though it sounds like the opposite.
