You guys didn't tell me getting into crypto meant being stressed 24/7
I barely sleep anymore. I only leave the house when absolutely necessary. It's worth it.

I've Managed to escaped the vortex. I was the same way at first no sleep, constantly checking crypto charts, and putting my normal activities behind me as well.

I'm not sure why people get stressed about crypto. Did you guys take out loans or use rent-money to invest and your financial future absolutely depends on the success of a particular coin?
You're not supposed to invest money you can't afford to lose or, at least, afford to be without for a long time.

In my case I'd say it's more eustress than actual anxiety or anything.

I've got like 6 months of my salary in this though, a huge part of which is ETH, so it's kind of a big deal to me.
Not stressed that I missed the latest moon mission i swear

I'm not crazy, no money I invest is anything I want to lose.

>holding ETH
why?

you get used to it obviously. 2 years ago i'd get excited over $100 and try to time sales at the very top and very bottom of a cycle. now i don't give a shit if i make +20%, +50% or +100% and everything is just limit orders. i'll go back to stocks once people start to realize what crypto really is lol.
