Max by 2020 would be around $18.56, highly unlikely, more like $1 to $5 (see calculations and explanation below, these do not include possible inflation of fiat or burn of sia coins). This is a very rough estimate.
Currently the siacoin market cap is at $538,602,610 (USD) and the price per coin is ~$0.02 (USD).
The total market cap for cloud storage is estimated to be worth 500,000,000,000 by the year 2020. (source: https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexkonrad/2015/06/18/byron-deeter-state-of-the-cloud/#169679a5767c)
If Siacoin was somehow able to take out all other cloud storage (google, amazon, etc), and other cloud storage coins, our market cap could in theory be ~ 500,000,000,000 by 2020. That would mean a value increase of 500,000,000,000/538,602,610 = 928 times. So 0.02*928 = $18.56 per coin max by 2020.
Of course it is not likely that Siacoin will be the only player in the market at any point in time.
I would say Sia stands a good chance of taking 10-30% of the market at some point with such low costs, if those low costs can be maintained and marketed well enough.
If we estimate 10-30% of market cap ownership by 2020, we would be left with ~$1.85 to $5.57 per coin (USD).
These numbers will not be anywhere near correct because not always does the price per coin perfectly correlate to market caps etc... However, I would not say it is impossible for Sia to reach $1 per coin at some point, whether or not this will happen by 2020 is another question.
