Is there a way to buy BTC with my debit card without all these verifications? I live in third world shithole so no worries about taxes and law. Just want to but BTC without fucking verification and without HUGE fee.

No, because you cant chargeback your btc but you can with credit card transfer. Send transfer from your bank to make exchanges less paranoid.

I guess the only option for me is to buy with card-to-card transfer at the localbitcoins. With HUGE fee. For now average BTC price is ~$2550 and the best price I can get on localbitcoins is ~$2850. That's about 12% fee. Awful.
