Anyone here owns a Nano Ledger? Could someone explain how they work?
Are they just like a paper wallet with a screen? How are they more secure than paper wallets?
They aren't more secure than paper wallets, what they are is easier to transfer from while still being as secure.
Transactions are signed on a microcontroller. Because of that, the private key is never exposed to the host controller it's attached to.

This.
The private key never leaves the device. Extracting the private key is possible, but extremely costly. Nation state level costly.
Having said that, it's a good idea to keep hardware wallets physically secure as well.

Yes they are. Paper wallets can easily be hacked with a keylogger.

Agree with you , but viva Keyscrambler !
Where can i find one ?? Its all sold out except amazon 300 usd ! fck that shitt !
It confused the fuck out of me until I got used to it. It's like an ultra super strong password that you plug in rather than type in. It interfaces with a software wallet on your PC to unlock.
