"$LTCBTC Looks like its about ready for a nice breakout. Get in here boys!"
In what way do those 2 lines predict the future? What's stopping it from plummeting to 1sat?

Those two lines tell us that prior price action indicates high probability of a breakout upwards. I'm not sure what part you're not getting. Nobody is guaranteeing anything you moron, you're getting money for accepting risk. That's what an investment is....
$LTC gonna be listed on Bitstamp at monday. It's going to pump hard this weekend. #moon expected but my biggest bag is $BTC and $GDB

But those lines aren't even proper indicators. If all you had to do was draw a line through two arbitrary points to make a prediction that's more likely to be correct than a random guess, then everyone would be a professional stock broker and we'd all be living on lunar colonies.

>Two rising support lines
>Second line is much too steep to actually be feasible without eventually crashing
>support/resistance lines in new territory where you wouldn't actually know if they're support/resistances or not
Uh huh. TA is pretty much reading the horoscope and making a guess based off that, but it's all shit that has actual probability of happening.
This chart is literally just indicating gambling.

Its not arbitrary. Consecutive drops into higher peaks is a sign of trust in the asset/coin. Thats the higher line which forecasts a breakout. The other line shows how low it at worst is expected to drop to during a fall.
Of course it could also drop to nothing if everyone decides to bail out but its unlikely because they didnt do it on several earlier drops. If people wanted to just pump and dump they would have dumped by now.
