Icos are basically donations as they have no promise of a return on investment and therefore cryptos are not assets and icos are not ipos but in name

ICOs decline ameriburgers for one reason only: the SEC guidelines on offshore hedgefunds.

They technically AREN'T hedgefunds, but they don't want to get anywhere close to it so to cover their ass they just decline american IP's to curve liability.

They know that ameriburgers will use VPN's to get in. It's just liability red tape.
