They give you the basics and some extra shit you might not hear elsewhere but nothing that really leads to riches.
The real riches are in selling the books and selling the persona around the book.

No. Avoid youtube political/buisiness celebrities at all costs. There are an infinite number of great books written by respected teachers and actual buisiness leaders that you could be reading instead. Start with the /biz/ recommend reading list (I don't have it on hand but I'm sure someone else can post it) and work from there.
