So, I just accepted a marketing director position for a smallish theater group. I'm gonna be responsible for recruiting a marketing team, then planning and overseeing a promotion campaign for two productions.

I want to do a damn good job. But, I don't have a whole lot of experience doing marketing or management. I figured some of you guys might be into that shit, and have some insights or book suggestions I can check out while I prepare for this.

Please help me.
