Because the ''flippening'' is purely based on hype and even if it happens, it will not last. Because BTC and ETH aren't competitors. Because ETH and ICOs are a bubble. Because BTC always comes back on top.

Not technically competitors, but many people have crypto wallets with target allocations. Cryptos are completely speculative products of supply and demand so all things equal, wouldn't a rise in alts result in falling btc?
